My name is Moon Hussain and I am the founder of Affiliate Phoenix. I have experience in the SEO industry since 2008 and since I have been creating blogs and sites and making money through them, it was time to bring my knowledge and expertise to the affiliate side of things as well. 

How I Started Blogging

One dreary day stuck at my job, I started reading blogs online.  The year was 2007 and I had been hired by the local school district as a programmer.  Programming real world applications was cool but you know what’s not cool?

Staring at the clock every single day… the room so silent, everyone listening to the incessant: “tik… tok.. tik.. .tok”.  I found out within 3 months that programming was not my passion.  Oops.

After swearing 3 hours had passed but looking at the clock and realizing all of 8 minutes had only passed, I started reading articles and blogs on Google. 

Two hours later, I was engrossed in blogs that were explaining how you can make money online through blogging and SEO.  The point really started hitting home as weeks and months went on at this job and the daily haunting of the tick tock. Even though I had great health benefits, I knew I didn’t want to work a 9-5 for the rest of my life.

A lot of tick tock moments, two trips to California and falling in love with it, a few “failed sites”, hundreds of tested sites and blogs with a few generating an income, running an SEO agency, AND 14+ years later, here I am, sharing all my valuable lessons on Affiliate Phoenix.

With experience in SEO and my own affiliate and informational blogs and niche sites, I share my experience and knowledge that you’ll need in 2023 and beyond to help you create long-term income producing sites and blogs.

Basically, making a blog or niche site successful in the search engines, growing a brand, and earning an income from it – it’s an addiction that never stopped. Once I started earning from my own sites, my mind was blown.  People buying products I was affiliated with and recommending and earning commissions while I was going about my day, it was the ultimate freedom.  I never stopped after that!

After seeing how blogs and niche sites have blown up in an amazing way especially in the last two years, I wanted to create something of my own (Affiliate Phoenix) where I can share my knowledge and build a community to help others do the same.  

For the next few months, I am working hard on creating free and paid resources for you, so make sure you keep visiting the site every week.  In fact, I have my first book coming out in the first quarter of 2023.
